Injection moulding
- Engel Es 500 ST
- Arburg 50 ton
Extrusion
- Kühne film blowing line, max.film width approx.1200 mm, year 1997, suitable for LDPE, MDPE and HDPE. Inline with Utego 4-colour printer. Printer has been completely overhauled at 2002.
- Reifenhauser co-extrusion line for thermoformed sheet, width of the is 800 mm. Thickness of the sheet is 0,8 – 5 mm. Complete line and in very good condition, example overhauled screw and barrel.
Thermoforming machinery
- Illig RDM 63/10, in very good condition, forming area 665 x 335 mm, max.depth of the draw over 120 mm. The machine is suitable for PS and PP.
- Illig RDM 63/15, year 1982, with Illig SMP stacker and Illig inline grinder, delivery later 2011.
- Kiefel KS 10 / 16 P, 1979, including feeding, very good condition.
Printing
- Van Dam 560, 6-colour cup printer, max.speed approx.20.000 pcs./hr., UV on mandrel, elevator, re-stacker/counter.
- Van Dam 560, 6-colour cup printer, separate UV-tunnel, re-stacker/counter. Excluding elevator/goose neck feeding.
- Polytype DDM 155/6, lid printing machine, single lane, 6-colour, UV-tunnel, re-stacker.
Other thermoforming related equipment
Pre-heater for thermoformed sheet.
Illig RS 75 grinder for sheet, max. sheet width 750 mm.
Extra stations for Kiefel KL 75 former, 3 units.
Machine for making plastic bags
Coemter, Ter-Block 1054 N2, year 1998, double lane, max.filmwidth 1300 mm, has been used for t-shirt bags, servo driven.
